Dagan Koffler, a local San Diego Native, established Dagan Design & Construction Inc. in 2012, focusing on luxury home renovations and custom homes in the coastal towns of North County of San Diego. What started as a passion for building outdoor pergolas transformed into a business for custom homes. DDC has established a team that all share the same passion and drive to create the highest quality homes.

We are a design/build firm that specializes in building custom homes and home renovations that directly reflect the client and their way of life. We are a collective of talented designers and craftsmen that strive to design and build lasting beautiful homes.

DDC has grown into one of the top home builders and home renovators in the coastal towns of North County San Diego from its years of producing top quality homes. We continue to strive to be the best builders for our clients.

    Dagan Koffler

    PRINCIPAL/CREATIVE DIRECTOR

    Meet Dagan, the founder and driving force behind DDC. A San Diego native and current Encinitas resident, he brings a deep appreciation for coastal living and community into every project. Outside work, Dagan enjoys mountain biking, and surfing with his children. He always starts his mornings with a sunrise walk before the workday begins.

  • Kaitlyn

    OFFICE MANAGER

    Meet Kaitlyn, our dedicated Office Manager. Born in Colorado, Kaitlyn brings a vibrant energy to our team, driven by her love for the collaborative and supportive company culture. Outside of work, she enjoys going on runs, bike rides with her son, and going on spontaneous trips.

  • Ashley

    MARKETING COORDINATOR/OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

    Meet Ashley, our driven Marketing Coordinator and Office Administrator. A San Diego native, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications from Chapman University. Outside of the office, Ashley enjoys hitting the slopes during ski season and exploring her passion for cooking and trying new recipes.

    Meet Tommy, our Landscape Project Coordinator. Having called San Diego home for 13 years, Tommy loves spending time with family and friends in downtown Encinitas and Moonlight Beach. His favorite quote, "Be quick but don't hurry" by John Wooden, guides his approach to work.

    PROJECT COORDINATOR/ INTERIOR DESIGNER

    Meet Jewelen, our talented Interior Designer and Project Coordinator. Born in Washington State and raised in California, her creative spirit and affinity for the built environment have naturally shaped her career in design. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in nature, experiencing new places, and going on adventures with her husband.

  • Carly

    PROJECT COORDINATOR/ INTERIOR DESIGNER

    Meet Carly, our skilled Interior Designer and Project Manager. A second-generation San Diego native, Carly loves getting on her horse for long trail rides around Del Mar. Carly’s favorite food is sushi and shares her home with four tiny dogs and a huge horse. Carly enjoys the creativity and teamwork that come with designing at DDC.

  • Otto

    PROJECT MANAGER

    Otto began his construction career in high school and quickly developed a passion for the industry fueled by his father, gaining experience in both commercial and residential projects. Today, he is known for his strong leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering projects on time while exceeding client expectations. Outside of work, Otto enjoys long sunset walks on the beach and has a soft spot for tacos and margaritas.
