OFFICE MANAGER

Meet Kait, our dedicated Office Manager. Born in Colorado, Kaitlyn brings a vibrant energy to our team, driven by her love for the collaborative and supportive company culture. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring San Diego's culinary scene and visiting the zoo with her family. An adventurer at heart, Kaitlyn summited Mt. Whitney in high school and held the freshman school record in the steeplechase at SDSU. Inspired by Steve Prefontaine's words, "Winning may not be everything, but making the effort to win is," she brings this same determination and passion to her role every day.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Meet Eva, our driven Office Administrator. Originally from Texas, Eva loves running on San Diego's beautiful beaches. Her favorite food is a seafood boil, and she celebrated her 26th birthday by running her first half-marathon. Eva dreams of traveling to Croatia to explore its rich culture and cuisine. A fan of the classic TV show The Nanny, she finds great joy in working and supporting her team every day.

PROJECT MANAGER

Meet Jersson, our driven Project Manager/Superintendent. Jersson enjoys spending his free time at the beach with his family, taking in the beautiful San Diego coastline. His favorite quote, "We think we see the world as it is, when in fact we see the world as we are," reflects his thoughtful approach to life and work. Originally from Villavicencio, Colombia, Jersson's favorite food is Bandeja Paisa, a traditional Colombian dish. Passionate about fostering success in those around him, Jersson thrives on collaboration. If given the chance, he would love to travel to Greece and Rome, drawn by his fascination with Greek and Roman history. What he enjoys most about working here is how helpful everyone is.

LANDSCAPE PROJECT COORDINATOR

Meet Tommy, our Landscape Project Coordinator. Having called San Diego home for 13 years, Tommy loves spending time with family and friends in downtown Encinitas and Moonlight Beach. His favorite quote, "Be quick but don't hurry" by John Wooden, guides his approach to work. A fan of local San Diego taco shops, Tommy also enjoys reading the Stormlight Archive. He dreams of returning to Japan, where he spent his honeymoon. Tommy thrives on the variety of projects he works on with the DDC Landscape team.

PROJECT COORDINATOR/DESIGNER

Meet Jewelen, our talented Interior Designer and Project Coordinator. Born in Washington State and raised in California, Jewelen brings a creative flair and a passion for design to our team. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the beach and longboarding around town in San Diego. Her favorite dish is Kare Kare, a Filipino delicacy. Jewelen dreams of staying in an overwater bungalow somewhere tropical for a unique experience. She thrives on creating and collaborating with the team, and loves seeing their designs come to life.

PROJECT COORDINATOR/DESIGNER

Meet Carly, our skilled Interior Designer and Project Manager. A second-generation San Diego native, Carly loves getting on her horse for long trail rides around Del Mar. Her favorite quote, "To create one must first question everything" by Eileen Gray, reflects her innovative approach to design. Carly’s favorite food is sushi and shares her home with four tiny dogs and a huge horse. She dreams of visiting the Maldives for its sun, sand, and clear blue waters. Carly enjoys the creativity and teamwork that come with designing at DDC.
